Analysis on High Discharge Temperature of Laser Cutting Machine


If the discharge temperature is too high, the operator can check from the following three aspects:

 

1) The condenser:
Provided that the condenser is dirty, the fan delivery will be unenough. Then the operator should clean the condenser and repair or replace the fan.

 

2) The insulating layer:
If the low temperature pipe in insulation layer is damaged, the operator should repair it.

 

3) The environment temperature:
If the environment temperature is too high, some measures should be taken to alter the situation.
