This high-power picosecond laser source is equipped with a self-developed glass cutting head that uses fully imported lenses to produce a fine beam and a long focal depth.

The laser source supports both integrated cutting and breaking processes, as well as separate cutting and breaking processes to better suit the needs of your project. It utilizes high-end linear motors for its X/Y axes, along with German 0.1um digital grating scales for superior accuracy.

Motion control is a breeze with the standard PSO function, allowing for uniform control of laser spot spacing. The machine is also equipped with positioning CCD and telecentric optical lenses to ensure precise recognition of circular and cross marks.

The electrical components are supplied by Schneider Electric of France, while the switching power supply comes from Mean Well of Taiwan. The laser source is capable of cutting a single piece up to 19mm in thickness, and the base of the motor platform and optical platform is made of natural marble for enhanced precision.

  • The laser cutting machine employs an infrared picosecond pulse laser as the cutting source, which has a pulse width of less than 10ps, a pulse frequency of 1Hz - 1000kHz, and a wavelength of 1064nm. The laser source is water-cooled and has a beam quality of M^2 < 1.2. The laser power is 50W with options for 10W, 20W, 30W, 60W, 80W, etc.
  • Cutting Performance:
  • The cutting performance of the laser cutting machine is driven by an XY linear motor and optical grating scale. The positioning accuracy is ±2um, the repeatability is ±1.5um, and the cutting precision is ±0.01mm. The machine has an acceleration of 1G and a maximum linear speed of up to 1000mm/s. The cutting speed is adjustable from 0-500mm/s. The cutting thickness of ultra-clear glass single cut is ≤19mm, and blue glass double cut is ≤19mm. The minimum cutting burr is ≤5um. The cutting range of X/Y can be custom made.
  • Splitting laser source:
  • The splitting laser source of the machine is RFC02 (Radio Frequency CO2), which is water-cooled and has a wavelength of 10.6µm. The laser power is 150W with options for 250W/350W, and the pulse frequency is 1-100kHz.
