1 . The laser glass cutting machine independently developed by Holy Laser, it uses high-power picosecond as laser source, and core components and LD pump sources are provided by international first-tier manufacturers, Let machine processing more stable.
2 . The customized glass cutting head, it's lenses are all imported from the United States, the light spot is thin, the focal depth is long, the minimum focusing spot is less than 2um, and the focal depth can reach 3mm.
3 . The motor platform and the base of the optical platform are made of natural marble, which has undergone secondary fine grinding processing, and the accuracy level reaches 00.
4 . The X/Y axis motor adopts imported high-end linear motor, 0.1um digital grating ruler, and the Z axis adopts high-quality core moving parts of Taiwan screw and guide rail.
5 . High negative pressure vacuum pump is used to adsorb products to ensure positioning stability.
Equipped with alignment CCD and telecentric vision lens to accurately identify circles, crosses and special-shaped Mark points.

A: We have 3 layers package: The outside is plywood case, which is fumigation-free packaging. In the middle is covered with thick sponge to protect the machine from shaking. Inside this is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
