The automatic mold laser welding machine consists of laser power supply , automatic operation table , optical system , CCD and microscope imaging , cooling system , red light positioning system and air blowing device .The laser power supply is a power supply specifically designed for pulsed Nd:YAG lasers. The switching power supply is used, and the internal is controlled by the single chip microcomputer, which is a real numerical control power supply. By selecting the parameters such as laser output power , frequency and pulse width through the touch mode operation panel , the user can program the laser pulse waveform and parameters through the keyboard to match the welding parameters with the welding requirements to achieve the best welding effect , thus satisfying almost All metal welding needs , is the ideal configuration of multi-function laser welding machine , with the function of misoperation and over-temperature automatic protection. 
 
Use Environment
1 . Atmospheric pressure: 86kpa~106kpa.
2 . Humidity requirement is 40%~80%, no condensation.
3 . The ambient temperature is required to be between 15 °C and 30°C.
3 . The working space of the equipment should be smoke-free and dust-free, avoiding the dusty working environment such as metal polishing and grinding.
4 . There should be no strong electromagnetic interference near the installation equipment, and there should be no radio transmission station (or relay station) around the installation site.
5 . Ground amplitude: less than 5um; vibration acceleration: less than 0.05g. Avoid machine tools such as large stamping in the vicinity.
6 . Power grid fluctuation: ± 5%, the grid ground wire meets international requirements. In areas with a voltage amplitude of 5% or more, an automatic voltage regulator and a current stabilizing device should be installed.
